Palazzo Spinelli Apartments

The apartment is extremely spacious, comfortable, modern, and fully equipped, with a beautiful kitchen, comfortable beds, two bathrooms… All you have to do is enjoy your stay. The apartment is located in the historic heart of Naples, in a palazzo dating back to the 15th century, on an incredibly lively street full of people, pizzerias, restaurants, and trattorias — everything is just a minute or two away. The location is excellent, and all the main sights in the city are within walking distance. The metro is about 7–8 minutes away (we used Dante station). But perhaps the best thing of all is the owner, Gennaro. He’s a fantastic guy who works all day in the shop right next to the entrance to the palazzo (bread, sandwiches, excellent prosciutto, pastries, and more). He is always smiling, incredibly friendly, and ready to help or explain anything you need. And this man never stops — he works constantly! I loved it when he told us that this street (Via dei Tribunali), bread, and sandwiches are his life. On our last day, we had a late flight, and he even let us leave our luggage with him in his shop! He also gave us some food as a gift when we were leaving! Thank you so much for everything, Gennaro! See you again!

The apartment exceeded all our expectations. It was beautiful, well-maintained, and the terrace overlooking all of Naples was simply the icing on the cake. I recommend the apartment to anyone planning to visit Naples. The host was also available to answer any questions we had. Thank you for everything. If we return to Naples, we would definitely like to stay here again :) We travel a lot, but this was one of the best apartments we have ever rented.

The apartment was greatmuch bigger than I expected when I first booked it. The location is right in the city center, with almost everything within a 30-minute walk, so I didn’t need to use public transportation except for getting to the airport. The owner was very kind and helpful. Although we arrived quite early on the first day, he kindly arranged an early check-in before 3:00 p.m. He always replied very quickly and was available whenever we needed anything. Although the apartment is located in an old historic building, it has been beautifully renovated and is modern, comfortable, and well-equipped. The two air-conditioning units made our stay especially pleasant.

This is all about location with a view from both balconies over the wonderful maelstrom that is Via Tribunali. It is also a very secure location with massive doors and a doorman to help (in our case with bikes).

The kitchen needs a few more items for home cooking (chopping board, grater, etc) but otherwise this is a good apartment for a multi-day stay.
