I really, really like the place. We came here after having actually booked another place in Ischia (the island close by), but due to a late train, we weren't able to make it. So on short notice that day, we booked via Booking, and it was so awesome. We were really happy to go there.
The place was amazing:
1. The AC was working very well.
2. It is super close to everything in the city.
3. It was more Italian than you can imagine.
I saw some of the reviews where people were complaining about certain things, and I have no idea where those guys have been. This place is amazing. I was there with my family (my wife and four kids), and we had a very relaxing night. Everything we needed was there.
The staff were so accommodating and so kind to help us with everything. They were very responsive, super quick, and very understanding about everything. This was definitely something worth checking out.
I have nothing to complain about. The things that didn't really meet my expectations were handled immediately, and they sent someone to fix them right away. This place is top-notch.

Que es un edificio antiguo pero el departamento esta muy bien renovado y tiene lo indispensable para pasar una buena estadia. Andabamos en grupo de 4 adultos y 2 niños y todos tuvimos una grata experiencia

Siamo potuti entrare in anticipo. La signora è stata gentilissima. La posizione è ottima, abbiamo dormito bene.
La macchinetta del caffè non funzionava o non siamo riusciti a farla funzionare. La porta del bagno si chiude un pò male.

L'emplacement est idéal mais très bruyant.
Contrairement à ce qui est annoncé dans l'annonce, il n'y a pas deux chambres mais une grande pièce avec un genre de paravent au milieu. Il n'y a absolument pas de piscine privée mais une petite réduction sur l'accès à une piscine dans un club de sport du quartier (15€ l'entrée par personne quand même...) et le petit déjeuner se limite à des capsules de café et des biscottes, même pas un sachet de thé. La salle de bains est très vieillotte et l'ensemble est très bruyant. Heureusement que c'est bien situé, pour reste c'est une grosse déception.
