Ήταν όλα καθαρά, σέβονται στην πολυκατοικία πολύ τις ώρες κοινής ησυχίας.
Δεν έγραφε πουθενά στις πληροφορίες ότι το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται στον 3ο όροφο κ δεν υπάρχει ασανσέρ. Για οικογένεια με μικρό παιδί έπρεπε να το γνωρίζουμε αυτό πριν προχωρήσουμε σε κράτηση.
