Das Apartment hat eine optimale Lage um Monaco zu erkunden und um sich zu versorgen. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist das Highlight. Geöffnet von 10 bis 20 Uhr, viele Liegen, super Blick auf die Berge und über Monaco bis ans Meer. Leider wurden die Sonnenschirme entfernt. Es gibt einen kleinen Bereich wo man Fitness im Freien dort machen kann auf Geräten. Das Internet funktionierte einwandfrei. Das Apartment wurde nach unseren Wünschen hergerichtet mit extra Bettwäsche für das Schlafsofa auf dem mein Sohn sehr gut schlafen konnte. Durch die AC kann man nachts bei geschlossenen Fenstern in Ruhe schlafen. Der kleine Balkon auf den man austreten kann bietet einen schönen Blick auf Beausoleil und die Berge. Das Bügelbrett und gute Bügeleisen ist sehr wertvoll wenn man abends chic ausgehen möchte.

Ich vermisste Sonnenschirme auf der Dachterrasse und hätte mich über einen Wischlappen gefreut um die Wohnung mal nass aufwischen zu können. Ein zweiter kleiner Tisch neben dem Bett im Schlafzimmer wäre schön um Dinge ablegen zu können.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut. Man ist zu Fuß in knapp über 5min am Casino!

The property is in a great location, close to all amenities and the Monte Carlo centre, and the rooftop pool was a real highlight. However, the air conditioning was not working during our stay, which made the experience very uncomfortable. Unfortunately, this significantly impacted our trip, as we struggled to sleep throughout the entire six nights. We were forced to keep the doors and windows open due to the heat, but this meant dealing with constant noise. The bin collection often took place around 11:15 pm, and then again between 2–3 am there was considerable noise from the bakery and nearby restaurants. Closing the windows made the room unbearably hot, so we were stuck choosing between heat and noise. On a positive note, the owner/management team responded promptly to our messages and even offered to provide a fan if one could be found. Overall, the stay would have been much more enjoyable if the air conditioning had been functioning properly..

The lack of air-conditioning and after a long day travelling, the bed for the 3rd person was not made up. It took us a little while to figure it out too!
