La proximité du centre, la réactivité du propriétaire du logement, le confort et les commodités.
Manque de couverts, pour 5 environ, un seul verre à eau, le bruit mais normal proche centre ville.

posizione ottima
sporca, lucernario in mezzo alla sala in cui c’era il divano letto in cui dormivo io ed era impossibile dormire dopo le 6.40 del mattino poiché non c’è modo di chiuderlo. Per non parlare dell’odore tremendo che arrivava dal frigo, il pavimento col legno ammuffito, le sedie sporche di sangue e la polvere in qualsiasi angolo della casa
