Probably the best stay on this road trip.
The location is good where you want to go to the beach or to the Harbour! Everything you needed was in the apartment, clean and quiet!

Philippe was a great host. The apartment was very clean and he had thought of everything to make our stay very comfortable. It was a great place to stay to easily visit Monaco. It was easy to get to up a lot of escalators.

Location was easy to find & easy to reach. The host was very helpful. Good sized rooms. Has the amenities you need for a decent stay.
Could maybe use with some curtains for the individual rooms for a little individual privacy.

Spacious and modern decor, has washer dryer and full kitchen. Phillippe is very friendly
The bedrooms are upstairs with no windows, the AC was broke / not working so was stuffy, stairs to get to loft so if u have heavy luggage then be prepared for sone back straining work, we rented a car so there is no parking included, we ended up paying 17 euros each day of our stay for overnight parking. Need to take atleast 200 steps each way to get in and out for parking or coffee etc. Wifi was inconsistent
