Absolutely wonderful apartment with perfect location

The apartment was just amazing. Fantastic location, beautifully equipped with modern decor, super clean, spacious and with all the facilities you’d expect. The host Phillipe was really friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend and would love to stay again. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Amazing apartment, perfect for visiting Monaco

Just like the photos, it’s clean and with the necessary equipment in the kitchen. The location is amazing and you’re in Monaco in 5 minutes. There are also elevator right next to the apartment, so there a lot easier to get up to the apartment from Monaco. The wifi is great and the ac is working well.

Superb

Wonderful location, just a couple of stairs outside Monaco's border. Very fancy loft, with brand new furnitures and fully equipped kitchen and laundy. Bedrooms were clean and comfy. Philippe is an amazing host, super comunicative!

In full capacity (6 guests) the single toilet could be a problem even if the sink and huge shower in a different room are very efficient.

Beausoleil Family Stay

Spacious and modern decor, has washer dryer and full kitchen. Phillippe is very friendly

The bedrooms are upstairs with no windows, the AC was broke / not working so was stuffy, stairs to get to loft so if u have heavy luggage then be prepared for sone back straining work, we rented a car so there is no parking included, we ended up paying 17 euros each day of our stay for overnight parking. Need to take atleast 200 steps each way to get in and out for parking or coffee etc. Wifi was inconsistent

美しく、オーナーがすぐ側に住んでいてくれて安心。設備も動画も揃っており到着して何も買い足す必要が無かった。数日後、洗濯洗剤は使いきってしまったので買い足した。とにかく快適な滞在だった。 1日だけ多数の友人を招きパーティーを行ったが、スペースも食器も十分だった

Rustige, moderne en schone locatie.

Goed ingericht, van alle gemakken voorzien en dichtbij het centrum van Monaco. We hoefden de trappen niet op te lopen naar de accommodatie, want er waren roltrappen. Het ontbrak ons nergens aan. Philippe is een geweldige host.

Muy limpio y amplio. Ducha espaciosa y gran bañera.

El water está en un cuartito minúsculo y es muy poco discreto. En general la intimidad es nula ya que en la parte superior donde están las habitaciones la separación es con cristal transparente.
