The property has been maintained to a high specification.
Bit strange not having windows, however, was very comfortable and cosy.
The mattress was a bit too soft for me, however, comfortable and the pillows were to hard for me, however, i had my own pillows.

Softer pillows and firmer mattress. Everything else was perfect and the location was convenient for travel etc.
Although parking is difficult as there are only a few parking bays outside the property and these were taken. There are only short stay parking in the area and I had to set my alarm to move the car.

A great location for the Gosport-Portsmouth ferry terminal (5 mins walk) and close to Gosport centre.
Well equipped and comfortable studio flat.
All pretty good but a fan for the lounge/kitchen area would be a nice addition. That said the fan in the bedroom is superb and cools the bedroom quickly.
Kitchen needs an oven mitt.

Very central location close to amenities. Well equipped. Short walk to marina. Property cool in this hot weather if door left open. Constant hot water in shower.

Easy access. Good communication. Very clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen.
No window so was very hot inside and only airflow was door straight onto street with people walking past. No car parking was a huge problem. It is in high demand and difficult to get a space with nearby carparks costing a lot or needing a residential permit. Would not be an issue if permit was included.
