Hanoi Bliss Nam Ngu

This is my 2nd stay at this property. I like the way they communicate especially you can do self check-in. I booked this property because it has an automated washer and dryer plus the privacy without being annoyed by other guests. The location is also on an alley with a lot of restaurants and shops.

Now the downside, there are provisions for cooking but it is rather incomplete...there is no frying pan just a pot for boiling. No utensils such as forks but chopsticks and a few spoons. I even replaced the dishwashing sponge because it is already worn out and filthy. Finally, let us talk about ironing clothes. On my first night, I asked where are the flat iron and board since these are included on the room provisions as advertised on Booking.com. They had given me but asked to return as other guests will be using it. I was told that they cannot provide at the moment hence sharing is the only option.

Phòng mới, sạch sẽ, các cách bố trí đều y như hình quảng cáo. Phòng có ban công thoáng đãng. Thủ tục check in nhanh chóng, mình không cần gặp lễ tân, chỉ nhận chìa và lên thẳng căn hộ. Xung quanh có nhiều hàng quán, siêu thị. Wifi mạnh.

Tuy nhiên cách âm không quá tốt, vẫn nghe rõ tiếng lục cục ở các phòng/nhà bên và ở hành lang. Khách có thể tự nấu ăn, nhưng khi mình muốn rửa bát thì không thấy có dầu rửa. Lấy thìa/đũa ra ăn thấy còn bám mỡ, chắc do khách trước không vệ sinh.

De accommodatie is rustig gelegen, dus qua geluid is het rustig. De kamer was schoon en de druk op de douche is geweldig. De gastheer/-vrouw was ten alle tijde bereikbaar.

Локация идеальная, рядом большое количество кафе и локальных заведений, которые работают до поздна. Жилье относительно чистое и милый балкон

Душевая и туалет очень неудобные и достаточно старые.
