Theming good. Spacious. Pool good temperature and size. Quiet location. Helpful owner.
Lack of bedding layers. Lack of cleaning tools, i.e. no mop (floor not very clean). Decorative cushions needed a good clean. Pool table in garage uneven. Lack of instruction leaflets for appliances. A handrail by the pool steps would have been useful.
