You're just a stone's throw from the magic of Walt Disney World® Resort (approximately a 5-minute drive) and a short trip to Universal Studios Florida® and SeaWorld® Orlando (15-20 minutes). Dining options abound, with a variety of restaurants to suit every taste within a short drive. For groceries and essentials, you'll find several stores nearby, ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Our home offers easy access to all the fun! Located just a short drive from Orlando International Airport (MCO), approximately 30 minutes, and Sanford International Airport (SFB), approximately 45 minutes away. Ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft are readily available. The Lynx bus service provides public transportation throughout Kissimmee and Orlando, with routes near the resort. We provide free parking for up to three vehicles. Guests are required to purchase a resort access card, at $20 per car, from the clubhouse upon arrival.
Other Things to Note:
We kindly request that you observe quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The minimum age for booking is 25. Pool and spa heating is offered for the duration of your stay at an extra cost of $30.00 - $40.00 + tax per night, with a 3-day advance reservation required. Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Smoking is prohibited. This property welcomes children and infants.

The overall property was good. It was clean although there was some dirt around a few of the air vents around the house. Kitchen and bedroom rooms where nice. Only real complaint I have is that the pool table was missing a ball and one of the corner holes on the pool table had a hole in it. When a ball went into it the ball fell through to the floor. Also one of the pool sticks didn't have a tip on it and we was missing the chalk for the pool sticks. Also the air table wasn't blowing out air as good as it should be and the score counter on the table didn't work.
