Functional but not particularly atmospheric.
Location was OK, the property was clean and the hosts were responsive. It was cold when we arrived but soon warmed up. The hosts provided tea and coffee basic biscuits and soft drinks.
It didn't seem like they expected guests to cook very much - there was limited cooking equipment. The lock on one of the bathrooms was broken.

An ideal house. We stayed comfortably with 8 people. The host was very friendly and let us have breakfast. It's not in the center, but it's only a 9-minute Uber or similar ride away, and they arrived at our location in an average of 2 minutes. If we return, we'll stay here again.

Comfy, clean and spacious
Lots of room for us all, downstairs bathroom spacious and lovely. Kitchen had everything we needed and the biscuits and drinks were an added bonus.

Perfect house for groups
Location was great, good sized house for 6 adults and 2 children. Kitchen was well stocked and the owner on hand via WhatsApp for communication.

Fantastic 5 bedroom house with facilities !
House was amazing condition with comfy beds and large rooms. Location was good for quiet evenings and quick drive to Birmingham and easy accessible from main roads. Bathrooms were clean and lovely shower and bath. Kitchen had all appliances in good condition. House was clean. And a nice surprising welcome gift of drinks. Good contact from the landlord before giving details and rules and contact to ensure attoved safe and settled in. They were available if needed but weren't needed at all as everything was there. Off road parking for one car but if needed more space was available in the road. Lovely fans to keep cool tooo!!
No hot chocolate pods for us non coffee drinkers 🤣

Lovely property. Very spacious. Own parking. Ideal if visit NEC / BP LIVE / Resort world area only 15 mins away. Nice chippy around the corner and local to Sainsbury’s and fast food outlets

A clean and tidy home away from home
The hosts thought about everything to make our experience pleasurable. We got some treats in the fridge as well! The house is clean and very spacious with it's own off-street parking (for up to 2 cars)
