Pleasant Basement Apartment

-Equipment of apartment -Spacious and clean room -Quiet and peaceful surroundings -Free parking (Fri 8PM - Mo 8AM)

-Lack of AC -No fly screens on windows -Windows orientation - to the street, next to the sidewalk and at the foot level

Apartment is very close to tram 22 which will take you to best places around the city. Also bus stop is nearby where from you'll get to zoo. Less than one tram stop away there's a mall Eden. From the apartment it's close to everywhere. The apartment itself is cozy, super clean, tastefully designed, and has everything you need for a short-term stay. Don't be afraid that it's kind of a basement - it's really suprising how nice it's arranged.

Watch out for parking, as if you don't know the local rules you may risk penalty. Parking places next to the building are generally for residents, not for guests. The free parking at "OK point" that owner suggests is not easy to find if you're coming late and it's dark. You won't find it on a google maps by that name, because it's actually "brOKer point" or "OK financni centrum"- that you'll find. It's also Bajkalska street, but 300-400m earlier (watchout: it's one way street). As per a guideline from some local guy - park at beginning of the street, so you don't block the garbage trucks. Not easy though to find the "legal" entrance of the street. Need to go around. When I asked on booking the owner to give me google location of the "OK point" I never got answer. I found it by walking at midnight and asking random people.

Super ubytování, 10 z 10. Chtěla bych pochválit proces check-in/check-out, který je plně samoobslužný. Byt je nově zrekonstruovány s kvalitním vybavením, nic nám nechybělo. Lokalita je super, i když je to suterénní ateliér, okna vycházejí na klidnou ulici a žádný hluk z ulice vás netrápí. Děkujeme, a při další příležitosti bychom se rádi ubytovali znovu.

Jelikož je to suterénní byt, okna máte dost vysoko, pokud máte nižší výšku, to může být méně pohodlné, ale mate tam na to dokonce malé schůdky, takže ani toto není problém

The location is excellent — situated in a quiet part of the city while still being very close to a large shopping mall with plenty of stores and food options. Public transportation is extremely convenient, with bus, tram, and metro stations all within a short walking distance, making it easy to reach any part of Prague. The apartment itself was clean, well-equipped with everything listed (and even more), surprisingly spacious for its size, fresh, and comfortable — it didn’t feel stuffy despite being a basement apartment, and the self check-in process was very convenient. We stayed here for four days with our family and had a great experience. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Prague and will happily recommend it to friends.

Nothing to mention. The apartment exceeded my expectations in all areas.
