About this apartment rental
We invite you to a newly renovated two-bedroom apartment in a quiet and modern part of Vinohrady. It comfortably accommodates 6 to 7 people. Windows facing the courtyard ensure peace and privacy, while you are just a few steps away from the city center.
The Flora metro and tram station is only a 2-minute walk away, from where you can reach Wenceslas Square in 7 minutes. Enjoy the attractive location, shopping at the Flora shopping center, and relaxation in the surrounding cafés or parks.
The apartment is managed by Eva and Karel. We will personally welcome you during check-in (usually from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, but we are happy to accommodate a different arrival time upon request) and will be glad to answer any questions or provide recommendations for cultural activities, dining, or entertainment.

• A travel baby cot is on request and can be set up in front of the double bed

• Electric kettle, toaster, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine (+ capsules)
Bathroom and Toilet (separate)
• Modern shower cabin with two showerheads
• Separate toilet with a sink for added comfort
• Soap, toilet paper, hairdryer

The building has an elevator.
We would like to inform our guests that from 02/2026 to 12/2026, the Flora metro station will be closed for renovation. The nearest metro station, Jiřího z Poděbrad, is a 2-minute tram ride away. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions.
Accessibility and Location
• The apartment is just a few meters from the Flora metro and tram stop.
• By metro or tram, you can reach Wenceslas Square in about 7 minutes.
• The Flora shopping center (restaurants, shops, supermarket) is only a 2-minute walk away.
• Václav Havel Airport is approximately a 30-minute drive away.
• Thanks to excellent transport links, you’re in the heart of Prague almost instantly.
Parking
• On-street parking available in the blue and purple zones (paid on weekdays).
• MR.PARKIT – paid underground garage within walking distance (possibility to reserve a spot in advance at Parking Crystal Vinohradská).

We had an excellent stay at Karel and Ava’s. When we arrived, Ava welcomed us showed us around the apartment. It was very clean and updated. It is a perfect location, subway is just around the corner, mall is right across the street grocery store across the street. Takes only a few subway stops before you’re in downtown Prague. We were a family of five staying there. It was super helpful that there was access to a washer inside our apartment. Would definitely recommend it.

We had a great stay with 6 persons (2 adults / 4 kids) in this very nice, small apartment! The interiour is good and everything was very clean. The location was perfect for us, near the TRAM station and a lot of good restaurants can be reached by foot.The hosts are very friendliy with fast communication - Thanks Eva and Karel for this nice stay in Prague!
