About this apartment rental
The apartment is spacious and sunny. It is newly and very well-equipped. There is a balcony and 40 square meter terrace. Smoking is not allowed inside of the apartment, but you can smoke on the balcony. There is also a satellite TV and free wireless internet.
The apartment is situated on the first floor of a detached house located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood in wider city centre. The owner lives in the same building on different floor. You will have your own entracne, but please respect the owner and obey night queit time. Strictly NO PARTIES at the apartment.
The location provides a perfect place to relax (nearby park), however, thanks to the public transport accessibility you can be anywhere within few minutes. The direct tram line 11 to National museum or Wenceslas Square is 300m from the door. The bus-stop to the city centre, central bus station, gym, tennis court or other parts of the city is only 90m from the door. There is also a grocery store 300m, 24/7 shop 700m.
Parking is free on the street right in front of the house.

My wife and I enjoyed a week at this terrific property. Radek provided excellent pre-arrival coordination. Upon arrival, his wife gave us a comprehensive review of the 2-bedroom apartment, to include how to operate the 5kg-capable washing machine. The apartment is a short 12-minutes walk to a very large supermarket. We cooked four dinners at the apartment as it has everything needed to do so. King bed very comfy. Large closets/storage im both bedrooms. Shower had great water pressure and hot water. Having a garage for our leased SUV was awesome. Beautiful terrace! Radek helped us buy train tickets to Brno and offered excellent nearby restaurant recommendations - exemplary hospitality! We would certainly stay here again!

Really good place to stay.
when you have been in the city all day, it is perfect to be able to go out to the apartment and enjoy the terrace and the peace. can only be recommended

El apartamento no puede estar mejor es espectacular, todo esta decorado al detalle con muy buen gusto.Los propietarios son muy muy agradables y sus explicaciones son muy exactas y concretas.Tienen infinidad de detalles que no desvelo para que sea una sorpresa para el proximo inquilino.El apartamento tiene buena comunicacion via tranvia o autobus con el centro de la ciudad.Ha sido una estancia insuperable, recomendaria este apartamento a todo aquel que desee visitar Praga.Muchas gracias por todo Darek.
