Kate was incredibly friendly and easy to deal with before staying. She even kindly put balloons, a card and chocolates in the room as we were staying for a birthday trip. The apartment is a perfect location, short walk to old town and with shops and bar nearby.

No air conditioning in the bedrooms was only downside as it does get hot. The one in living room was good but could have done with a fan at least for bedrooms

Good location and spacious bedrooms. Apartment was clean.

It lacked the amenities claimed by the property. For example: No toiletries available and upon enquiry I was told that they are not obligated to provide it. However, it was clearly mentioned on booking.com that it would be available. Toilet flush was faulty and we had to do multiple follow ups to get it fixed. It was resolved on the last day of the stay. Toilet had none of the accessories claimed on the website. Kitchen lacked basic utensils to even boil milk for a kids. TV remote did not function well. Air conditioning was limited to the common area and not in the bedrooms. In this hot weather, no fans were present in the bedroom, so we had difficulty getting peaceful sleep because when keeping the windows open, it was noisy. Many items in the apartment unit are in the need of repair or maintenance. Altogether, it was not a pleasant stay for us.
