Estaba bien ubicado, limpio y tiene lo necesario para pasar unos días. Buena calefacción. El agua caliente funciona bien y las camas son cómodas.

sehr netter, hilfsbereiter Vermieter, die Lage zum Hinterhof, es war ruhig, das Viertel ist toll mit prima Infrastruktur
- keine Anleitung wie der Fernseher funktioniert - keine Anleitung wie das WLan funktioniert - das Heizungsthermostat war kaputt, wir mussten wegen Überhitzung Tag und Nacht das Fenster offen lassen - der Rauchmelder lag auf der Fensterbank

Doppelbett und Dusche waren gut! Die Nähe zum Marienplatz.
Fehlender Rauchmelder! Küche: Kein Geschirrtuch, kein Küchenmesser, defekter Wasserkocher!!! FI flog beim Benutzen heraus und wir standen im Dunklen! Nur fehlender Toaster und fehlende Kaffeebecher wurden nachgereicht! Rollos kaputt; vor der größeren Fensterscheibe unten, vor der kleineren Scheibe etwas schief, aber oben. Muss schon länger so sein, da die Bedienmöglichkeit abgebaut und zugegipst ist! Dämmerlicht im Zimmer. Da keine Gardinen, auch kein Sichtschutz vor den Bewohnern des gegenüberliegenden Hauses! Fernsehkanäle nicht eingestellt und keine Bedienungsanleitung! Vermieter machte am Telefon Vormieter dafür verantwortlich. Keine Lampen am Bett!
