Menší apartmán (garsonka) na předměstí Segedínu, cca 15 min. tramvají od centra. Nedaleko se nachází nákupní centrum. Parkování zdarma na ulici před domem (když bude místo). Vybavení pokoje dostatečné na kratší pobyty. Čisté, upravené, útulné. Samoobslužný check-in.
Hodila by se na léto klimatizace (byl zde větrák) a síť do oken proti hmyzu.
