Exactly as the photo. Spoke to a lady on the phone, chap came to open up - both very polite. Really good shower, clean & smart toilet/shower/wash basin room. Warm enough considering how cold it is outside right now. Kettle with coffee &. tea provided.
The bedroom cupboards & drawers could just do with a little tlc to improve them. I didn't deduct ratings for this though as I think overall, the room is great.
