Belle Escapes 101 Rydges Plaza Esplanade with Panoramic Ocean Views

Brilliant location and comfortable space for our family. Personal, prompt service.

Location was fantastic, views were amazing, hosts were easy to contact, we were able to store our luggage at their office until our flight, accommodation was clean and comfortable.

Unfortunately there was work being done at the front of the building so we had to enter and exit through the carpark - but we met some nice people there so it wasn't so bad.

Appartment generally nice and beautiful view.

The information provided for late check- in was clearly insufficient. The address from booking com and provided by the managrment was different, there was NO indication whatsover on the building that this is Belle Escapes, it was not obvious how to open the gate to get to the box where the key was stored, there was no information where the appartment is located and how the key needs to be handled. Overall. a disaster. Without the kind help of a person from the nearby hotel we would have slept in the car. I cannot recommend this place at all if you arrive late. The management should revise its late check- in procedure ugently.
