Please note there's only a kitchenette (fully equipped): electric stove / cooktop with 2 burners and no oven.
Please note the car parking spaces inside are limited (we've never had problems finding a free spot), street parking is also free and plenty around.

Smoking only outside in the designated smoking area.
Strictly no parties and no excessive noise after 9pm.
Children must be supervised in & around the pool area at all times.
Early check-in and/or late check-out at a surcharge of 50% of the applicable daily price - if available.

The property was conveniently located in the town, parking was adequate. Our primary issue was cleanliness. The walls and furniture were very dirty, many corners had cobwebs, and there was dirt on the floor. The showers were very moldy, and the bedding and towels did not smell clean. Perhaps the cleaning crew had an off day, but this definitely detracted from our experience.
