Upstais has 4 bedrooms (one bedroom with ensuite)and 3 bathrooms with fully equipped kitchen and laundry.Detergent provided.
This can accommodate 16 people.
Next door is also Airbnb. The swimming pool is shared with all the guests.
We live next-door, should you require assistance, we are home most days and can help and guide you to a great stay or you can go your own way.

We are in a high residential area. No parties can be allowed. Noise must be restricted from 10pm.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and would highly recommend Parramatta Park to anyone looking for a memorable stay. The home was comfortable, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed to feel relaxed and at home. The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. They thoughtfully stocked the kitchen with essentials like eggs, bread, milk, ramen, and other seasonings, which made it so easy to prepare a quick meal after a long day of traveling. The home was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. Our kids especially loved spending time in the pool, which was a perfect way to relax and have fun after a day of exploring.Location was perfect, convenient to grocery stores, Rusty's Market, and the Esplanade. You could walk there in 15-20 minutes or a 4 minute drive. The host was more than exceptional - friendly, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure we had a great experience. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would happily book again.

Just an amazing location close to everything and the place was a perfect fit for our needs. Both hosts were very kind and welcoming. I would stay here again.
