The hosts were great & the pub food was very good.
The settee desperately needed replacing - springs completely gone.
The heat control on the shower was very difficult to optimise & the force was non existent.
Plus, damp smell at times.

Location, bed was comfortable
Being over looked in the bedroom, windows need to be frosted. Only one bedside table, no shelves in the bathroom. Interior Bathroom fan not working

Access to Wells and surrounding areas was quite good.
Our host (George) was very nice, access to the pub next door was a plus.
Property was smaller than we had anticipated and space was tight -- as we were travelling for quite some time we had a lot of luggage with us to manoeuvre around.
Bed and bedroom was quite small (fortunately we had our own pillows).
Description of property on site was deceiving - could not class this as "one bedroom house" - motel unit at best.
