Wonderful cozy apartment nearby Bellevue Beach

The apartment was nice and cozy, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our hosts were wonderful: very friendly and always ready to help! The location is also super convenient, with several grocery stores, a bakery, restaurants, and a pharmacy nearby. It’s about a 25-minute walk to the Old Town.

Very charming private apartment in the best location!!

Location is amazing - 3 minutes from rocky beach. Close to all sightseeing spots. Not war from local bus stop. Easy walk to the old town. Very clean, charming and comfortable room with beautiful porch to relax with somehow Italian taste. Plenty of space to hang clothes. No cooking facility but the owner lives just downstairs- they were even happy to heat up our left over food in their kitchen :)

A comfortably peaceful getaway in Paradise.

The apartment was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The owners take care of all the small details and this shows everywhere in the apartment. The view from the lower deck is amazing.

The location of the apartment is several kilometers from the Old Town so it's necessary to take a taxi or Uber back and forth when going downtown.

Private and quiet

Comfortable room and balcony, bus stop right out front. Host were great who had bottle of wine and couple of beers in fridge. Fridge was good size we stock up from shop around corner.

Everything was fine just be prepared to carry bags up some stairs first day not bad.

perfect stay in Dubrovnik

perfect location for us in Dubrovnik! the apartment is private, with a little terrace to sit outside, location was great tucked away close to bellevue beach and not far from a good selection of restaurants, old town is only a 20 minute walk! host was lovely and helpful, also cute tortoises at the front entrance of the apartment

Looking forward to a return trip

We absolutely loved the location and the roof terrace, space and view - it was the highlight of the facilities. The bed was very comfortable, great supportive mattress. The shower was amazing. The owner was very charming and checked on us regularly to make sure everything was as expected. Plus side 2 cans of beer! Beautiful sound of canaries in the morning.

Overall space was a little tight, getting access to the toilet meant walking into the shower area to navigate the space. The wardrobe was blocked by the bedside table - these are reasonably minor issues given the overall offering of the location, space and the accommodation rate per night.

Nice accomdodation with close seaside access

The room was spatious and clean. A big value added is the patio that is practically a big living room outdoor. Really nice. The instructions provided were clear and the checkin smooth! The seaside is really 2 min walking, super accessible There is a small supermarket around the corner, and it takes about 20 mins walking to reach the old town. Taxis and bus services can be easily reached. The wifi works very well

I liked everything! One issue could be to reach the room with big luggages, but if you travel light, no problems at all.

Fantastic!

The location was a scenic walk to Old Town. The hosts are very welcoming and hospitable. They gifted us a bottle of red wine, beer and a box of chocolate as it was our honeymoon trip. It was such a sweet gesture. The terrace had a great view to the Adriatic Sea. We have already checked out and they allowed us to keep our bags while we have a few hours to spare while in Dubrovnik. Absolutely recommend this place! The decor in the room and outside is very nice. The paintings were painted by the owner herself which I find special. Just before we left, they offered cold water as it was a scorching hot day. Thank you for your hospitality!

The room is very nice and well equipped! It has everything you need and is comfortable. The owner was very kind and attentive, they gifted us homemade bread with cheeses and ham from the region. It was a really nice stay and people were so nice! Enjoyed it

Great location

Location walking distance to the sea, the old city and the habour. Also, walking distance to grocery shops and local transportation. The apartment is situated in a quiet area and in a close. A double bedsize furnished apartment on the ground floor. There's an external terrace above the room to view the sea, enjoy the breeze, the sunshine & melodic sounds of birds.

More noticeable at bedtime, the sounds from the extractor / dehumidifier and flashing lights from e-gadgets slightly distracted. A small microwave would be a bonus.

Excellent room a stone's throw from the sea (descent to the sea from the rocks, with a beautiful view of the bay of Dubrovnik). The old town is within walking distance or a bus stop away. The owners are very nice and friendly.

If you do not walk well, it is not for you, because the room is only accessible via two flights of stairs.

The hosts were so kind and helpful. They helped me to book a full day boat tour with a travel agency. The place was very clean and quiet. The location is perfect, there is a small beach at the end of the street, and you can also use the swimming pool, and restaurant at the hotel next door. There is another beach on the other side of the hotel, that was my favourite one. I would definitely recommend staying in Lady O.

The hosts are really friendly and lovely people, and are always looking to help you and try to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Also the location is perfect where you have access to Rixos hotel and facilities and its in a quiet neighbourhood while at the same time its a 20 min walk from old town.

Unique experience, one of the best stays we ever had.

Everything was perfect. The room has air conditioning, comfortable size bed, shower with good water pressure and temperature, all very clean. Balcony is very cozy on the evenings, after coming back from the beach. The hostess is the best we ever had, she is kind and if you need her, she will be there for you, plus she makes the best coffee :)! This apartment has unique perks you only find out when arriving there. We totally recommend it to anyone reading this, book it without thinking twice, you won't regret it! :))

It was an amazing location about a 20 minute scenic walk from the old town. The room was so comfortable especially the bed. We stayed an extra 2 nights there. The hostess was so so kind. I would definitely recommend staying here

We really enjoyed our stay so much we booked the apartments again on our return to Dubrovnik. Super hosts, great location, beautiful sea views from our terrace. A couple of restaurants nearby, 2 minutes to the beach, 20 minutes into the old town. Value for money, would definitely recommend.

Great

Without a doubt the hosts were fantastic. We had to extend our stay and they were full, but were able to find accommodations for on short notice. They also arrange an early morning taxi for us. We were within a short walk of the old city and as a bonus short walk to the harbor. We left Dubrovnik by ferry to Hvar island.

The studio was a bit smaller than expected, however we did not spend a lot of time there.
