In the heart and in the middle of everything, beautiful apartment, completely and recently renovated, fully equipped, in a building on the 1st floor. Double glazing and shutters or shutters in each bedroom.
Superb fully-equipped kitchen (oven, fridges (kitchen and terrace), microwave, freezer, ceramic hob, extractor, dishwasher, washing machine, electric and conventional dryer, toaster, coffee machine, juicer, soup mixer, iron and ironing board, complete crockery, cutlery, pots, water glasses, wines, champagne ... Small breakfast corner,
3 bedrooms with matrimonial bed, cupboards with hangers, ceiling fan and air conditioning in each bedroom, 2 Italian shower rooms each with a toilet and 1 with bidet.
Living room of +/- 35 m² with real fireplace, smart TV and dining room for 6 people. Magnificent terrace of +/- 60m² with solar tent for lunch in the shade. Shared swimming pool at the property.
The apartment has a safe and wifi.
The apartment is in the heart of Arroyo and has all the amenities, such as restaurants, bakeries, butchers, fishmongers, grocery stores, large supermarkets, bars, banks ... 200m from the station where the train, which runs along the coast, goes from Malaga-center to Fuengirola, via the airport and Arroyo de la Miel. 15 minutes' walk from Santa Ana beach, home to the magnificent Passo and all its restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors
A few minutes walk from Tivoli World Park, Selwo Marina and a few kilometers from the Aqua-Park.
10 km from the Torrequebrada golf course.

"We stayed, (two seniors) in this wonderful apartment for February and March 2019. It is all the website states, and more.
The apartment is extremely well done. It is like the owners home, not your average rental property. There are lots of towels, bedding (king sized beds), a fully equipped kitchen, with all new appliances.
The location is excellent. We did not drive. It was a three minute walk to the train station. The commuter train runs every 20 minutes and covers a dozen stops from Malaga to Fuengirola. Three or four bus routes pass by the train station.
The terrace faces south, and is massive. It houses three tables, and four sun beds. There is an awning that covers half of the patio, and a huge umbrella if needed. We did not use the inviting pool.
We took our time walking to the waterfront. It is a downhill walk. It took us an hour to stroll slowing along to the huge marina. We took an 8 Euro taxi ride back.
It was a great vacation. Rosa met us, and was very helpful. We plan to return next winter. "

I literally cannot praise this place enough! We were warmly welcomed by Rosa on arrival and being shown around the apartment it just got better.
The complex is completely secure which offers peace of mind, the pool was amazing (and a godsend in the heat)
Huge beds in the bedrooms with loads of hanging space and drawers. Aircon was absolute bliss and a saviour! Loads of towels and pool towels provided which was nice.
The beautiful terrace is huge and with the covered dining area you didnt have to sit in the sun if you didnt want to.
The apartment is very spacious and literally every detail has been thought out to perfection.
Its a decent walk down to the beach and marina downhill so we got a taxi back up due to the heat - which was around 6 euro.
I contacted the host Marco twice whilst we were there with queries and he responded immediatley and nothing was too much trouble!
I hope we get the chance to stay here again because for us it was just perfect 👌
