整个房间打扫得特别干净，维持得特别整洁。垃圾桶随时被更换，保持着干净的感觉。厕所也搞得很干净卫生，有除臭用品，也提供洗发水和沐浴露。 房间有两个大床，可以睡 4 个人，比较宽敞，配备有风扇和空调。冰箱上面有一个微波炉可以加热食物，房东还贴心地准备了微波炉盖子来辅助加热。 我们进房间的时候，房东帮我们开了空调，因为塞维利亚实在是太热了。而且房东还准备了冰箱，并在里面提前冻好了冷水给我们喝。 晚间我们找不到停车位，房东告诉我们可以停在街上，只要不停在人行横道线上就可以。而且他说可以停在原有车位的外面再停一排，这是当地居民之间的默契。 位置很便利，周边有平价超市和地铁站。坐地铁 5 个站就到市中心的西班牙广场。 和房东沟通非常顺畅，他会提前告诉你怎么到达他的房源位置，并且告诉你一些实用的小建议。 这个房源是一个双层民居，房东和他的妻子住在一楼。有楼梯但是没有电梯到达二楼。二楼有两个房间，这两个房间共用一个洗手间，共用一个客厅和餐桌。

没有电梯可能对于残疾人不友好

Our stay was excellent, the place is very nice, has everything needed for a long week end journey. The shared bathroom is super clean, no problem with other people, and the two rooms are quite nice. The people landing the place are super reactive, very nice. I would 100% recommend to stay at El Azahar.

I think the only downside would be the eiderdown/cushion, a bit too harsh for small people. That's the only small negative point we could find in our whole 3 days stay.

We had a fantastic stay! The host was incredibly welcoming and the room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Great WiFi and very clean common areas, modern rainfall shower, a fridge and tea/coffee facilities available. It’s located in a quiet area but very well-connected to the center via the nearby metro. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended! ¡Estancia fantástica! El anfitrión, Lázaro, fue muy amable y la habitación estaba impecable y cómoda. La WiFi funciona genial, hay un saloncito con frigorifico y cafe/té, y el baño está bien ciudad y super limpio. Está en un barrio tranquilo pero con varios bares, tiendas, cajeros… y muy bien conectado con el centro por el metro. Excelente relación calidad-precio. ¡Muy recomendable!
