Apartment was lovely. Comfortable mattresses. Location was close to bus and tram stops.
We found blankets being dirty. No duvet cover on both single beds, only a bedsheets trown on top. Pillow and actual sofa with some patches. Simple salt, pepper or chopping board missing, something to think about for next customers.

Great location Great communication and flexibility, they were great at letting us check in earlier and always answered immediately Lift, barrier free access
Dishwasher is bad - they said oxidated but it smelled horrible and did not wash the dishes. There is no rack to do the dishes by hand Lack of the basics - no dishwasher tablet, or just a salt to cook Loud - neighbors shouting after midnight
