great studio

Relatively easy access (relatively cuz at first it’s confusing cuz there are like code, key, code entrance way); it’s equipment with pretty much everything you’d need, particularly kitchen in with necessities like cutlery, cooking pots ect. Also, it’s really nice and warm inside + the tv/netflix/YouTube access makes it much nicer as well. Location wise, it’s not that bad, either a quick metro ride and a walk or a 30/40 min walk to the center side but even that feels like a brisk at most.

It seems a bit outdated and could use a bit of cleanliness but it’s not a major turn off tbh.

L’accès aurait pu être un peu plus facile , mais il faut récupérer les clés sur une grilles à 2 pas du bâtiment (les clés auraient pu être plus proches ) , en passer 3 portes dont deux avec codes ….

Egyszerű, felszerelt stúdiólakás. Télen hideg.

A kulcsok átvételéhez minden információt megkaptam. Egyértelmű volt. A parkoló tágas, fedett, zárt.

A szállás nekünk hideg volt. A lakást egy kis elektromos radiátor próbálta felfűteni, de az is 19C fokra volt maximálva. Az ablakok szigetelése nem volt megfelelő, így folyamatosan jött a hideg kintről. A tusoló vize is csak langyosra volt szabályozva, így forró fürdőt sem tudtunk venni. Bár két éjszakát foglaltunk, de a másodikat már nem töltöttük ott. A lakás állapota használt, de az ágynemű és törülközők tiszták voltak. Minket a hideg jobban zavart.

Goed toegankelijk vanuit autoweg net buiten centrum incl heel fijn eigen parking. Zeer snelle communicatie: klasse!

Ofschoon echt helemaal schoon (👌🏽), beetje smoezelig. Bijv. bank met sigarettengaatjes. Badkamer stinkt beetje naar putlucht. Voor de rest helemaal OK.

propreté à revoir (cheveux et poils présents dans le logement), chauffage éteint en hiver, ballon d'eau chaude vide à notre arrivée donc pas d'eau chaude la première nuit

Teleurstelling

We hebben hier geen gebruik van kunnen maken. Zeer moeilijk contact met de host kunnen krijgen. Berichtjes over aankomsttijden werden niet gelezen. Later, na zeer lang wachten, bleek dat er een borgsom betaald moest worden. Toen dat ter plekke niet wilde lukken, ( spamwaarschuwingen van mujn bank!) heb ik besloten te annuleren. Had de host eerder contact opgenomen had een en ander misschien opgelost kunnen worden. Later kwam er een bericht dat mij een week eerder al verteld was dat er een borg betaald moest worden. Dit was helemaal vreemd, daar ik pas op de dag zelf(11-6) geboekt had....

Bon séjour

La déco tendance, l’espace dans l’appartement bien équipé et bien sécurisé. Le lave-vaisselle et le lave-linge. La place de parking souterrain bien sécurisé. Le quartier calme Des bonnes indications fournies pour notre arrivée et notre départ.

Des odeurs dans le couloir et dans l’appartement. Pas d’indication pour aller du parking à l’appartement.. Vaisselle: il n’y avait que 2 assiettes plates et un verre à pied… il faudrait penser à remplacer ce qui a dû être cassé.

L'emplacement de l'appartement, belle la cuisine, le parking piur la sécurité

Odeur de canalisation dans la douche l'eau chaude de la douche qui est réglé a distance (pas le temps de mettre nos produits qu'elle est deja froide) piece froide elle n'est pas programmé a 20° j'ai du dormir avec un gros pull jogging chaussettes (nous ne sommes pas habitué au froid du nord, j'suis tomber malade) Traceur sur les clés, oui en cas de perte mais pas pour nous localisé
