Nice facilities, well equipped and stocked with most of the essentials. Beds / pillows / sofa were comfortable. The apartment flooded during heavy rain and they were very quickly able to get me and my family moved to an upstairs apartment which luckily had just become available. I can't fault the communication / speed.
The owners are deliberately misleading people by claiming the facility has a pool. They have an arrangement with a 3rd party pool operator. If you manage to book yourself into the pool, they will arrange it so you do not have to pay. Nothing more. The pool is something like a five minute drive away. Importantly the pool does not accept anyone under 25 (a fact they fail to mention in the listing). As an experiment (although useless to us with kids) my wife attempted to book a pool session during our stay - fully booked out. No priority or preference for CasaZoe guests
