The Mediterranean Palm is part of the Palm Club - a collection of 7 vacation villas, each with tropical setting. This unit is an ADA compliant, single floor vacation villa unlike any other in the heart of downtown.
The Mediterranean Palm at The Palm Club accommodates up to 8 guests between 4 bedrooms, 4 baths.
Flex Bedroom Suite #1 – King bed (or two twins) + Ensuite spa style bathroom with ADA compliant features
Flex Bedroom #2 – King bed (or two twins) + Ensuite spa style bathroom
Bedroom #3 – King bed + Ensuite bathroom
Bedroom #4 – King bed + Ensuite bathroom
*All ‘Flex’ rooms can be converted from King beds to two twins when requested*

Each Town & Island Co. unit is equipped with coded locks and unique codes that are changed regularly. You will receive all important check-in information 3 days prior to arrival.

Pet Policy: Town & Island Co. welcomes pets. There is a $125 non refundable pet fee. 2 pets maximum. You are responsible to inform us you are traveling with your pet(s).
Severe Weather Policy: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor of SC, your stay will be refunded. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued by the Governor of SC, then the standard cancellation policy will still apply and no refund will be issued.

The villa was the perfect accommodation for our family celebration. Great location, plenty of room and really enjoyed the spacious outdoor patio that allowed us all to gather and relax outside after a long day of excursions. Would highly recommend!

Very comfortable with great common space. Two of the bathrooms had too small shower and sinks. Parking extremely tight. Front door knob/lock very difficult. We were four ladies and loved our time here. We had everything we needed (with the exception of laundry detergent to start towels on check out). Nice linens, comfortable beds. We would stay again.
