Everything it was a beautiful apartment

Nothing I didn’t like at all, a bottle of water in the fridge would be a nice touch as I forgot to get an extra before we got there and we went all night with nothing to drink. My fault completely but might be nice case someone else does the same

The apartment is beautiful! Gorgeous high ceilings and really beautifully decorated. It was very clean and the location was absolutely perfect.

All of the towels could do with replacing and the neighbour's dogs woke us up at night and in the mornings. There are also many churches with many bells that chime throughout the night - take ear plugs!

The location was excellent. The apartment was large, spacious and beautifully furnished. It was very clean with a good shower.

It was difficult to get access to the apartment as there are multiple locks and doors. We could not get the check in process from Vikey to work, it meant I had to send multiple photos to the apartment manager. I received many long WhatsApp messages including one stating that an incorrect rate had been added to Booking.com and we had been undercharged. This made me feel very anxious, I booked the apartment many months in advance as the price advertised on Booking.com was cheaper than AirBNB, so this issue could have been addressed much earlier rather than arrival date. There is one air conditioner in the main hall which was not switched on, (understandable when the apartment is empty) however if you know you have guests arriving, it might be a good idea to switch it on a couple of hours in advance, especially when the outside temperature is 34 degrees. When we arrived the temperature in the apartment was 32 degrees and very uncomfortable to sleep in for the first 2 nights. If you're travelling outside of the summer season this will not be an issue. The apartment needs more kitchen equipment; there were multiple empty cupboards but only just enough plates and cups.
