The bed was comfy. There was a cute little kitchen, and the bathroom was small but still nice! Lots of closet space if you are planning on staying for awhile. Wifi was also pretty good.
Host did not really direct us in advance on how to get into the property. He eventually called and helped us find the door which was right next to a beauty shop. If you have a lot of luggage, be prepared to sweat like crazy getting up the 3 flights lol. Stairs were just very steep and crammed.

Arrival instructions and use of mobile phone app to access property where very clear.
Our host was available and responsive.
Recommended an excellent restaurant.
No parking in historic centre but we found a large free car park a 15 min stroll away.
Room on 4th floor. Not a problem for us but be aware there is no lift.
Right in the centre, a minutes walk from the piazza and duomo
There was nothing to dislike.
Bathroom a little odorous like a drain smell but that’s only my observation.
