Comoda cucina, salotto ampio con TV e divano confortevole. Letto molto morbido e che ha conciliato il sonno. Ambienti generalmente puliti. Parcheggio gratuito proprio fuori dall'appartamento e centro raggiungibile in 10 minuti a piedi. Proprietario molto disponibile e gentile. Cucina dotata di tutto l'occorrente di base.
Andrebbe controllato il sistema di riscaldamento (il modo in cui le valvole dei termosifoni sono programmate) dato che il bagno resta spesso freddo la sera e la mattina presto, sarebbe utile una stufettina elettrica per fare la doccia in modo più confortevole. Nessun problema con il riscaldamento in camera e nel soggiorno grazie al climatizzatore (lì la valvola del termosifone sembra proprio rotta). Il wifi va sistemato. Il tappeto del soggiorno andrebbe pulito un po' meglio (c'erano molti capelli).
