The property is very well located, close to the entertainment centre and just a 15-minute walk from the beach. It is spacious, with two bathrooms, which makes things much easier when everyone gets back from the beach.
The customer support team were always very helpful. When we arrived, we were a bit lost within the complex, so we gave them a call. Our call was answered straight away, and the member of staff patiently guided us all the way to the house until we found it.
The kitchen area was quite greasy, and the living room carpet was very dirty.

Caravan was lovely very nice, had everything you needed. Bed comfortable.

The location was good and balcony.
It was very dirty and it looked like no one cleaned it. We ended up doing the cleaning ourselves.
