Great owner and staff ..very helpful ..great breakfast …great rooms . Great area …just off the tourist track and very vibrant and bustling with locals

The riad is very beautiful, cozy, and quiet. The atmosphere is warm and pleasant. We stayed in the room on the third floor… it was excellent. The private floor was super comfortable, and it even has a beautiful rooftop. Despite the wonderful atmosphere, without a doubt the best part of the experience was the service provided by all the staff. I don’t even have the words to describe how attentive, polite, and kind they all are. I’d like to extend my congratulations to the wonderful team at the Riad and my special thanks to dear Hisham for the warm welcome with tea. We are so grateful for your time and kindness in giving us tips about the city, and to Abdo, for his exceptional kindness and the immense care he took in preparing a take-away breakfast for us, since we checked in at dawn. Thank you so very much. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

I liked everything

I had a wonderful stay overall and genuinely loved almost everything about this riad. The property is stunning, exceptionally clean, peaceful, and quiet, the perfect place to relax after exploring Marrakech. The riad looks exactly like the photos, if not even better in person, and offers excellent value for money. The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start each day. I already miss my Moroccan tea. What truly stood out was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. They took the time to make guests feel comfortable, were always available to answer questions, and went out of their way to assist whenever needed.

The location for me. It made it difficult to walk towards under the scorching sun, otherwise when it’s not too hot then the distance from all the tourist attractions isn’t much of a bother. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend the hammam experience. As a first-time visitor, my expectations were quite high, but it lacked many of the after-treatments and finishing touches that I believe are usually part of a traditional hammam experience. It also didn't feel like a spa environment, which made the experience feel incomplete. For the price I paid, I expected more. I think this could be improved by including some post-treatment care, creating a more relaxing spa atmosphere, and better managing guest expectations about what is included. That said, I didn't raise a complaint during my stay because I genuinely loved everything else about the property and had a wonderful overall experience.

The staff at the riad are quite friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed their tasty and varied breakfasts.

The room was very small for two people. With suitcases in there, it’s simply impossible to move around - you have to play Tetris. If your suitcase is small enough, you can of course squeeze it into the closet, which smells like either dampness or mold. The dusty room doesn’t smell fresh either. However, the worst part is the musty smell in the bathroom, which, by the way, is also tiny. There are apparently mice living behind the bathroom ceiling, which didn’t bother us too much, and only scared us the first time with their running around.
