The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful
The walls are slightly thin, so Noise from outside can easily be heard inside the rooms.

Everything was great and we definitely recommend this riad! The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful, and they always asked if there was anything they could help us with, such as arranging a taxi or transportation. We were also able to leave our luggage there for two nights. Checking in in the middle of the night was no problem at all, and the transfer from the airport was very smooth and well organized. The breakfast was delicious, the room was clean and cleaned every day, and fresh towels were provided daily. The room was also very well equipped with everything we needed, including shampoo, towels, and a hairdryer. The location was also good, it was about a 15-minute walk from the center of the Medina, which was perfectly fine for us. We had a very pleasant stay and felt very well taken care of. Highly recommended :)
