Nella mansarda la climatizzazione è risultata poco efficace. Inoltre, il climatizzatore veniva trovato spento al rientro in camera dopo ogni uscita, con il risultato che l’ambiente rimaneva molto caldo, soprattutto durante la notte.

Il monolocale è molto curato e ricco di dettagli dedicati a renderlo il più confortevole possibile. E’ anche possibile cucinare con piano cottura e friggitrice ad aria. Supermercato a pochi metri.
Essendo un sottotetto metà del monolocale è difficilmente abitabile, soprattutto da una persona alta e tende ad essere molto caldo in quanto è presente solo una finestra. Per fortuna c’era l’aria condizionata!

Great host, quiet place, parking right in front of the building, great view from the window, close to the supermarket.
Small bathroom, tiny shower. Only half of the apartment can be used due to the slanted ceiling A bit far from the city center
