The location of the cottage is amazing, just through the garden gate and you are practically on the beach! The cottage is very clean and comfortable throughout. I would have no hesitation in recommending this place if you are visiting Chapel St Leonard’s and especially if you have a dog, the secure garden is ideal for furry friends.

Great location, easy access to the beach. Parking outside. Nice walks to everything around. Great pad so much going for it. It was very tidy, quiet and was just what we needed. Nice private garden too.
My only gripe would be the cleanliness was poor in certain places. The hard floor unfortunately was extremely dirty (needs a steam clean) and there were dirty marks on doors and kitchen cupboards etc. some of which were dried blood. I would have mopped myself but couldn’t find one. It would make a real difference having a washing machine and airer for longer stays too. Loved my break, nevertheless the floor did make me feel uncomfortable.

It was clean, comfortable , fantastic location to beach and amenities.
Bed mattresses were too soft form our personal preference.

The location is perfect as it's very central for visiting other coastal resorts such as Skegness, mablethorpe all within a 30 min drive, and if you want to stay put the beach is a 5 minute walk from the property .
The property itself is exactly as described, I couldn't fault it .
I can't really find anything I didn't like, the only thing I can say is the double bed was way too soft for us ...but that would be nitpicking as everyone has different preferences regarding beds.
