Location is great, easy access to city center for groceries and airport. Front desk security staff great especially Mr.Muhammad very nice and helpful.
Car parking should have clear signs indicating where the lift access doors are, it will make a huge difference for those guest who visit this property with their cars but overall good.

Good location (but far from city, good for us as kids school nearby for us)
Proximity to a good sized mall and restaurants
Proximity to park (just downstairs)
Fair space for family of 4-5
All useful things you need in a home from coffe maker to kitchenette with plates and cups, bathrooms with all required items, TV, balcony etc
Warm water for shower
Good price (approx 550 aed per night)
- cleanliness (found stuff in sofa under and between cushions, plates and cups smelled bad, had to wash to even use first time)
- only one car parking
- they didn't let us take trolley upstairs (we had lot of household items, was very hard to carry them by hand)
- bathrooms with less space, squeezed feeling, little things like no shelf to put gel or soaps in shower area, short partition glass and water would easily go out of shower if slightly careless
- no early check in at all despite requests that kids have exams
