The apartment was a perfect fit for our group, close to restaurants, shops and with a wonderful view of the Colosseum. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were excellent and the information to access the apartment made it an enjoyable stay. Lucia was a great host.

Everything was perfect, thank you! Nice, clean, spacious. Two bathrooms was perfect for six guests. The bottle of wine was a lovely touch and communication from the hosts was great. Ideal location, could see the Colosseum from the balcony which was an extra unique picture bonus!

There was a lot of pre-check in information, a lot of instructions, excess pictures of passports required... three pictures each from all six guests seemed a little excessive but didn't ruin the overall experience. Just not admin I needed whilst trying to organise everything else before a holiday but I understand the hosts wanted to take extra measures.

The stay was excellent. Lucia and her husband welcomed us personally and warmly, providing detailed explanations about the apartment. Access to the apartment is convenient and efficient, using either a link or a key. The location is perfect—right by the Colosseum and the metro station; it is very central, yet the apartment itself is quiet. The apartment is well-equipped, spotlessly clean, very pleasant, and spacious, with large, comfortable beds. The interior design is high-quality, with attention paid to every detail, down to the smallest elements. It offers everything you would find in a high-end hotel room, including slippers and bathrobes, toiletries, a fully equipped kitchen, still and sparkling water in the fridge, a bottle of wine, two types of breakfast rusks/crackers, jam, an espresso machine, coffee pods, tea, milk, and even a jar of candies—and I’m sure I’m forgetting something... :-) This will definitely be our choice again when we return to Rome
