+ sehr freundlicher Empfang und Verabschiedung
+ Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt.
+ Die Wohnung war sehr still (andere Gäste / Gastgeber waren nicht zu hören).
+ Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet (Küche, Reinigung, Bad, Möbel usw.).
+ Der Gastgeber stand immer für Fragen zur Verfügung.
+ Die Einrichtung war sehr gut (bequeme Betten, großer Schrank usw.)
+ Das Bad hatte eine große Dusche (Ich bin fast 2 Meter groß und habe schon anderes erlebt...).
+ zentrumsnahe Lage (Bäcker zwei Minuten zu Fuß, mehrere Supermärkte ab 5 Minuten mit dem Auto)
+ eigener Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück
+ Mülltrennung
+ gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge nach Como, an den Comer See insgesamt, nach Bergamo, Mailand usw.
+ zum Bahnhof sind es 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß (Das Auto kann am Haus bleiben. Am Bahnhof gibt es zwar zwei Parkplätze, aber die waren beide um 9 Uhr schon voll.)
+ einfacher Check-in und Check-out
+ Fotos auf booking.com sind echt (nicht bearbeitet)
+ Wir würden hier sofort wieder buchen.

+ L'appartamento era molto silenzioso (non si sentivano gli altri ospiti/host).
+ L'appartamento era molto ben attrezzato (cucina, pulizia, bagno, mobili, ecc.).
+ L'host era sempre disponibile a rispondere alle domande.
+ L'arredamento era molto buono (letti comodi, armadio grande, ecc.)
+ Il bagno aveva una doccia grande (sono alto quasi 2 metri e ho avuto esperienze migliori...).
+ Vicino al centro città (panificio a due minuti a piedi, diversi supermercati a 5 minuti di auto o più)
+ Parcheggio privato nella proprietà
+ Raccolta differenziata
+ Ottimo punto di partenza per escursioni a Como, al Lago di Como in generale, a Bergamo, Milano, ecc.
+ La stazione ferroviaria è a 15-20 minuti a piedi (è possibile lasciare l'auto a casa. Ci sono due parcheggi in stazione, ma erano entrambi pieni alle 9:00)

Nous avons utilisé le logement uniquement pour dormir.
Le logement est très propre et il y a bien un lit double et un lit simple dans le couloir.
Il y a des boîtes à clés qui ne sont pas utilisés et c'est très dommage l'entrée et la sortie du logement serait plus facile.
