Appartamento pulito e ordinato con tutto il necessario. Abbastanza vicino al centro e al lungolago, si raggiungono facilmente con una piccola passeggiata . L'host sempre raggiungibile e disponibile per richieste e chiarimenti.
L'accesso al portoncino principale è un pò macchinoso. Bisogna registrarsi su un sito, poi ti mandano un codice... Insomma a me si è bloccato tutto però l'host ha subito risolto aprendo mi da remoto

Уютная квартира рядом политехнический университет, специально выбрал ее т.к дочь сдавала экзамен в этом университете. Салон и спальня, была возможность не мешать друг другу, салон совмещен с кухней, есть вся необходимая посуда и все оборудование для приготовления пищи, большой раскладной диван, на нем можно спать, квартира оснащена умным домом, когда было холодно включали отопление, квартира быстро прогревалась, есть стиральная машина средства для стирки белья, комфортная душевая кабина, приятные чистые полотенца, несколько комплектов постельного белья, много одеял, было все необходимое и я себя чувствовал как дома, ни в чем не нуждался, все было под рукой, спасибо хозяину за уют и комфорт, это лучшее место для жилья за время моего отпуска в Италии!
Я не смог включить отопление в дневное время, был ветреный холодный день, моей дочери пришлось немного померзнуть перед экзаменом.
