Ubicación y tamaño correcto. La amabilidad de la propietaria.
Las escaleras no son aptas para perdonas mayores o niños. El callejón es oscuro, pero no peligroso. El parking es complicado en esta cuidad.

Excellent location
Apartment is new but the house is old and it feels. We were very cold, even with heater always on. Water pump was always working and it went on my nerves. Also water pressure went up and down. We had some electrical issues but they were quickly resolved. They were never ment to be happening anyway! Noise from outside, stairs, loud neighbors, so many things not to like.
