Yas Island Luxury Loft

Location is amazing if you want to go to the parks or do anything in Yas Island. The apartment is beautiful and well maintained. Master bedroom bed and sofa are very comfortable. Staff is very responsive to messages when contacted.

I filtered for free parking, but I was still charged 95aed of parking when I returned the rental car. When asking about this, I was told I should have shared car details before. This was never explained to me, I was just given a parking spot, which we respected. Please be aware if booking that you have to proactively share car details even when nobody asks; otherwise, you will be unpleasantly surprised after your stay and all you will get are useless apologies.

Location and building parking and security good, appreciate the kitchen, check in process good.

Only 1 bath towel and one hand towel provided and one towel for bath floor, there should be minimum for 2 people and they do offer for more people to stay but no extra towels or bed linen or comforter/duvet provided. Bath towel also had stains and seemed not good to use, it was good we carried our towels. Bathroom shower pressure was horrible and even after keeping heater on the hot water in shower was just warm, not a good shower experience, the toilet seat cover moves. There is a kitchen but no dish liquid or scrubber. The main couch is lil smelly and could use a good clean.
