Yukiko and Ken created a wonderful place. We stayed for a single night with our 5 month old baby, and that was enough for having an amazing experience. The room with the tatami mat was a great playing mat for our baby. We enjoyed tasting 3 different kinds of fresh apple juice as we arrived, ate a fulfilling and tasty dinner and also tried one of their award winning ciders. The facilities were top notch, and our baby even got a cute baby futon to sleep on. In the morning we got a farm tour in their apple orchards and rice fields which was very cool to learn and hear about their challenges. In addition, as we left, we had a problem with our car and Yukiko and Ken came in to help and get us back on our journey. Bottom line - book this place ;)

阿智村で星空を見るために宿を探していて、少し南のエリアでこちらを見つけました。当日はあいにくの曇りで星空は見られませんでしたが、温かいおもてなし、館内の清潔さ、そしてお食事のおいしさに大満足でした！おすすめしていただいた近くの焼肉店もとても良かったです。一泊だけでは足りないと思うほど、快適に過ごせました。またぜひ利用したいです！

This was an experience rather than a simple overnight stay. We kicked it off with an apple juice tasting, then were served a delicious dinner (veggie option was gladly made available on request), and could stargaze in the darkness and quiet. The breakfast was equally delicious, and the tour of the farm that the owners run was very interesting (plus we got to ask all of our questions and score some apples straight off the tree). The owners kindly let me practice my Japanese on her, but also speak fluent English. Aside from our stay being a socially wonderful experience, you definitely notice that this property is professionally managed by someone with a background in hospitality. The house was immaculately clean, the layout is well thought out, the service for dinner and breakfast was on point, the provided amenities were just right. The whole house smells of wood (almost all of which is from Japan as the owner explained). The day after when I went back to work I recommended the place to my colleagues!

Watch out when you drive there with a larger car using Google maps - you may be routed over a steep serpentine road from the south west of the building. My recommendation is to take the road leading there from the east, unless you‘re into a pretty thrilling start to your stay

対応がとても丁寧でほんとにリラックスして過ごせました。 新しくて掃除も行き届いていてとても綺麗でした。 ウェルカムドリンクでりんごジュースの飲み比べができて 楽しかったです。 またシーズンを変えて利用したいです。
