Die Lage und Ausstattung.
Es wurde Meerblick angegeben, der war aber nur seitlich und ganz klein. Noch dazu waren die entsprechenden Fenster extrem schmutzig, die habe ich erstmal geputzt, damit man überhaupt raus schauen konnte.
