Die Wohnung besticht durch ihre ausgezeichnete Lage . Der Ausblick auf das Meer mit seinen Schifffahrtswegen, das Strandleben und die Promenade ist einfach grandios. Man darf allerdings kein Problem damit haben, mehrmals täglich das 3. Stockwerk zu erklimmen.
