Exquisite apartment for 4 people with the best location on the North Sea island Wangerooge in the residence "Anna See". Only 50 meters from Wangerooger main beach, Cafe Pudding and Zedeliusstrasse. The 48 m² apartment "WoogeStrand" in the 2013 built residence Anna See is located just 50 meters from the main beach Wangerooger directly at the Cafe Pudding in the center of Wangerooges.
The tasteful, modern and very high quality furnished apartment offers enough space for 4 people. The light-flooded east and south facing apartment is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday by the sea.
Through a separate entrance you reach a spiral staircase to the first floor located dream apartment. Directly on the sea, directly at the Cafe Pudding, directly in the center of the North Sea island Wangerooge. More sea is not possible!

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit einer sehr guten Ausstattung. Es fehlt an Küchenzubehör absolut nichts, Badezimmer traumhaft schön, der Balkon hat von morgens bis zum späten Nachmittag Sonne. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, aber es ist trotzdem nicht laut.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung, toll eingerichtet, super sauber und gepflegt, wirklich tolle Ausstattung. Bei der Anreise waren bereits die Betten bezogen.
Nur wenige Meter bis zum Hauptstrand und in die Ladenstraße.
Absolut empfehlenswert.

Eine sehr gemütliche Wohnung, in der es sich auch bei schlechtem Wetter sehr gut aushalten lässt! Die gesamte Einrichtung ist modern und geschmackvoll, die Wohnung insgesamt sehr schön hell und ansprechend. Geräumiges Bad und bequemes Bett sind ebenso vorhanden wie eine umfangreiche Küchenausstattung mit hochwertigen Geräten und einem reichhaltigen Geschirr- und Bestecksortiment. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Wir hatten etwas Bedenken wegen einer etwaigen Lärmbelästigung durch das Restaurant im Erdgeschoss, aber ausser verführerischen Essensdüften bekommt man davon kaum etwas mit :-). Man wohnt sowohl nah zum Strand als auch zum Ortskern und dennoch ist es sehr ruhig. Vom freundlichen Team von ImmoOog haben wir uns von der Buchung bis zur Abreise durchwegs sehr gut betreut gefühlt, die gesamte Abwicklung verlief reibungslos. Wir können diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen, allerdings haben wir sie nur zu zweit bewohnt. Mit vier Personen wäre es uns wohl etwas zu eng gewesen.
