Die Lage ist top. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Balkonstühle sind super bequem.

Der Balkontisch ist verrostet, der Sonnenschirm kaputt und nicht nutzbar, schade. Duschen war abenteuerlich, da nur kurz warmes Wasser kam, ständiger Wechsel zwischen viel zu heiß und kalt. Musste immer händisch reguliert werden. Ich war bereits vor einem Jahr in der Wohnung, an das Wasserproblem kann ich mich nicht erinnern, der Balkon wurde vernachlässigt.
