Comfortable vacation rental with a sunny south-facing balcony—right next to Wangerooge’s sandy beach!
Enjoy a wonderful vacation in our modern and comfortable vacation rental! The apartment was freshly renovated in 2023 and offers accommodations furnished with an eye for detail. Large windows in the living room and bedroom let plenty of natural light into the first-floor apartment and create a relaxed atmosphere, so you can enjoy your vacation from the very first minute. Nautical accessories and furniture in harmonious colors provide a lovely ambiance and that authentic North Sea feel.
In the living area, there is a dining nook right by the window, perfect for enjoying a hearty vacation breakfast. In the evening, you can make yourself comfortable on the cozy pull-out couch (150 x 200 cm) or in the recliner with pillows and blankets—read a good book, watch TV, or simply savor a dry Frisian beer or a glass of wine. The pleated blinds provide privacy, sun protection, and help darken the room. The sleeper sofa can be used for a third person upon request.
You can enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep and sleep in late in the comfortable box-spring bed (200 cm x 180 cm) in the separate bedroom. There’s plenty of space for your vacation wardrobe in the spacious closet. A curtain and pleated blinds provide pleasant darkness at night and sun protection and privacy during the day.
The charmingly furnished south-facing balcony with a parasol—accessible from both the living room and the bedroom—invites you to spend relaxing hours breathing in the invigorating North Sea air. Lying in a lounge chair with a gentle breeze and warm sunshine—simply heavenly!
Whether it’s warm breakfast rolls, light lunch snacks, or dinner dishes—in the well-equipped kitchen, you’ll find everything you need to whip up delicious meals quickly and easily! It features, among other things, a ceramic cooktop, an oven with a broiler, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Coffee lovers will find a Nescafé Dolce Gusto alongside the classic coffee maker. You’re also welcome to take your coffee to the beach in a thermos mug. For a refreshing burst of fizz, there’s a SodaStream with two glass bottles.
Small amenities such as a modern internet radio (Sonoro Stream), high-quality four-season bedding (pillows available in either 40 cm x 80 cm or 80 cm x 80 cm, various comforters for summer and winter), a full-length mirror, and free Wi-Fi ensure extra comfort during your vacation. An iron, clothes rack, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, and eyeglass cleaner are standard fixtures. The ceiling lights in the living/bedroom and bathroom are dimmable, some of which can also be controlled by remote.

Eine super Lage! Man ist ganz schnell am Strand und auch im Ortskern. Die Ferienwohnung hat uns alles geboten, was man braucht. Ein schöner Urlaub auf Wangerooge!

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt!

Apartment ist gut gelegen und in gutem Zustand, jedoch scheint es in der letzten Zeit (ein, 2 Jahre) nicht mehr gepflegt worden zu sein. Ein paar Wohzimmermöbel sind neu, Küchenutensilien auch, aber die Betten (Schrankbetten, mindestens 20 Jahre alt) knarzen so laut, dass zwei Personen sich gegenseitig aufwecken.
Matratzen ok. Küche und Bad waren blitzsauber, der Rest war sehr staubig, der Teppich ist kurz vor eklig - unser Kleinkind mit dunklen Klamotten und feuchten Händen sah nach 2 Meter krabbeln aus wie geteert und gefedert.
Entweder Hundehaare oder der Läufer fusselt, sehr unschön.
Der Staubsauger ist mindestens 25 Jahre alt und kann seinen Dienst nicht tun - was man merkt.
Nach einer Grundreinigung und mit ein paar wenigen 100 Euro könnte man die Wohnung in einen perfekten Zustand versetzen - müsste man nur machen.
Es entstand ein wenig der Eindruck, dass man darauf verzichtet, da die Wohnung dank der super Lage sowieso immer vermietet wird.
Schade eigentlich.
