La posizione è strategica. 5 minuti a piedi per prendere la funivia per i piani di Artavaggio e navetta gratuita fino alla funivia dei piani di bobbio con fermata sotto casa. Parcheggio dedicato. Pochissimi Ristoranti nelle vicinanze ma per fortuna di ottima qualità.
impianto di riscaldamento con radiatori un pò rumorosi e alcuni non funzionanti al 100%. impianti elettrici un pò datati. Nessun bar nelle vicinanze.

The beds were comfortable, everything was spotlessly clean and the apartment was very cosy in the cold December weather. We enjoyed the quiet location, but were glad of our rental car.
There wasn’t quite enough hot water for our family of four, so we had to be careful how we used it. Otherwise, we had a great stay.

Le chiavi ci sono state consegnate dalla Sig.ra Elisabetta, persona molto cordiale. L'appartamento è in ordine, dotato di tutto. Quello che abbiamo maggiormente apprezzato è che fosse ben riscaldato, cosa non scontata.
L'unico neo è che c'erano diversi profumatori per ambiente in ogni stanza e non sempre il profumo incontrava il mio gradimento. Personalmente li toglierei.
